I work full time so don’t have an hour to spend waiting on the telephone, triage also is a very timely process, not designed for anyone in full time employment. I had to debate with reception via email with Harriet to manage to get a telephone appointment which never happened. Fortunately the last nurse to do my Depo I believe it was Connie sorted a double appointment for me to discuss all my health ailments. Sarah yesterday was really knowledgable and actively listened to my needs.

More doctors I haven’t seen one in years. Have surgery parking for patients

I personally have never had any problems, in talking to or booking an appointment. The receptionist is always polite and helpful

Lots of waiting to get through to receptionist.

Make it quicker to get through on phone. Usually takes 20 minutes or more.

I am trying to use the message service to the surgery which seems available to do, and once I have my message ready to send, I press the send button and the screen returns to the log screen saying I am expired. going round in an infinite circle. this is clearly not working correctly and seems to be the only possible way of contacting the surgery to get some action for my issues.

make thewebsite or whatever it is called work properly. i have an internet connection, you have a website, I have a very great need to contact the surgery, make it work!
